I have been licensed as a Real Estate Sales Representative since 1986 and as a Broker since 1996. Prior to entering the Real Estate Brokerage Profession I spent approximately 13 1/2 years as a Bay Street Corporate and Commercial Real Estate lender, financing projects for many of North America's largest Real Estate Developers, Builders and Investors.
Over the years I have had the very good fortune of not only doing something that I completely love, I’ve also had the privilege of participating in the pursuing and fulfilling of client Real Estate dreams and aspirations. To that end I have assisted, coached, and guided many, many clients in realizing their 'real estate' goals. I have represented people from all walks of life: Young/Old, Experienced/Inexperienced, Large/Small, Buyers/Sellers, Landlords/Tenants for both Residential & Commercial Transactions. Not only do I get to share in the euphoria of successfully completing a Real Estate transaction but as an added bonus, along the way, have been awarded numerous Local, National and International Sales Awards.
